All About Rockford Road Music

Rockford Road was formed a few years ago by Bob Mahan (lead singer, guitars, keyboards) and Jim Davidson (drums, percussion) with the sole purpose of writing and recording original Retro-Rock style music.

After a somewhat lengthy search for musicians with the same focus, Tom Wisneski (bass, vocals) joined and brought along Mike Lara (rhythm guitar, vocals).

60 Grit, their newest release, showcases not only their musicianship but the singer/songwriter abilities that have been honed after three albums and three dozen original songs.

Brimming with energy, imagery and stories, 60 Grit allows the listener to live many years of life's lessons, stories, and relationships in twelve one act plays.
